Ethel Mae Barnes

Mrs. Ethel Mae Barnes was born January 18, 1925 to Winston and Martha (McNeil) Crowder in Davison County, Tennessee. She passed away June 6, 2012 at her residence in Nashville. She is survived by sons William Barnes of Bon Aqua and David Barnes of Nashville, brothers Tommy Crowder of Smyrna and Jimmy Crowder of Charlotte, sisters Linda Brannon of Nashville and Nancy Crowder of Las Cruces, New Mexico, and grandchilren Joanie Shell, Savannah Barnes, David Barnes Jr. and Courtney Barnes. Besides her parents, Mrs. Barnes is preceded in death by brothers W.C., Leslie, and Jesse Crowder, and sisters Dorothy and Betty Brannon. Visitation will be at the Fairview Chapel on Thursday, June 7th, from 5-8 pm and Friday, June 8th, from 8:30 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Friday, June 7th, from the Fairview Chapel beginning at 2 pm with Bro. Skip Hulon officiating. Burial will be in the Taylor Cemetery.
