Ray Willard Dugan

Mr. Ray Willard Dugan was born March 27, 1932 to Benjamin Collon and Sally Catherine (Mash) Dugan in Hickman County, Tennessee. He passed away May 24, 2012 at his residence in White Bluff. He is survived by sons Donald and Ronald Dugan of White Bluff, step-son Douglas Bibee (Lynn) of Monroe, North Carolina, daughters Marcel Clark, Susan Alsobrooks (Wayne), Leslie Brooks (Frankie), Zenalda Crane (Steve), brothers Carl Edward Dugan and James Elbert Dugan. There are fifteen grandchildren and two great grandchidren. Besides his parents, Mr. Dugan is preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Dugan. Visitation will be from the White Bluff Chapel on Saturday, May 26th, from 11 am until 8 pm and Sunday, May 27th, from 10 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Sunday, May 27th, from the White Bluff Chapel beginning at 2 pm with Bro. Jerry Duke and Bro. Donnie Hutchinson officiating. Burial will follow in the Dugan Cemetery.
