Dr. Slayden Hunt Harris

Dr. Slayden Hunt Harris was born June 25, 1932 to Dorris F. and Kathleen (Choate) Harris in Dickson County, Tennessee. He passed away April 10, 2012 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He was 79 years of age. Dr. Harris is survived by his partner Samuel B. Clark of St. Louis. He also has several cousins and their spouses (all of Tennessee). Dr. Harris specialized in dentistry for children (especially handicapped children) for over 35 years. He was a member of the staff of Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri for 40 years, serving as cief of staff for the dental clinic. At the request of the deceased and his family, the body will be cremated. Graveside services will be held on Tuesda, May 1st, at the Union Cemetery in Dickson. Tommy Nicks will deliver the eulogy.
