Millard S. Crunk

Mr. Millard "Mel" S. Crunk was born August 2, 1936 to William Rucker and Mamie Estelle (Thompson) Crunk in Birmingham, Alabama. He passed away March 19, 2012 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He is survived by his wife Beverly Crunk, son Charles Rumford of Parsons, daughters Sherri Drunk of Tampa, Florida, Melissa Crunk of Waverly, Christine Vanderlee of Dickson, brother Thomas Crunk, and sisters Lee Landre of Tampa and Jo-Ann Corduan of Port Maury, New Jersey. There are seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Norma Gale Smelt, and brothers Newman, William, and forrest Crunk. Visitation will be Thursday, March 22nd, from 6-8 pm and Friday, March 23rd, from 12 Noon until time of service. Funeral service will be Friday, March 23rd, from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 1 pm with Bro. Doug Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
