Odell Sensing

Mrs. Lela Odell Sinsing was born October 11, 1921 to James Walton and Bertha Eudora Sensing in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away March 15, 2012 at the Skyline Medical Center in Madison. Survivors include: husband Johnie Lester Sensing; Wendell Ray Sensing of Dickson; daughter Peggy "Gayle" Yarbrough and her husband Roger Sutton of Southside; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Mrs. Sensing is preceded in death by daughters Glenda Corine Tate and Sherrill Ann Hafner, brothers James, Wilson, Gilbert, and Robert Owen, and sister Irene Owen. Visitation will be Saturday, March 17th, from 10 am until 8 pm and Sunday, March 18th, from 11 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Sunday, March 18th, from the Chapel of Dickson funeral Home beginning at 2 pm. Burial will follow in the Owens Cemetery. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
