Hazel Streetman Stewart

Mrs. Hazel Streetman Stewart was born April 20, 1930 to James Albert and Blanche (Applegarth) Streetman in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away December 15, 2011 at the NHC HealthCare Center of Dickson. Survivors include: daughters Sheila Stewart of Fairview and Ava Conradi (Charles) of Smyrna; sister Geneva Bradshaw of Mt. Juliet; grandchildren Setwart and William Conradi. Besides her parents, Mrs. Stewart is preceded in death by her husband Hubert Stewart, two brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be Sunday, December 18th, from 2-8 pm and Monday, December 19th, from 10 am until time of service. Funeral will be Monday, December 19th, from the Chapel of Dickosn Funeral Home beginning at 1 pm with Bro. Eddie Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery of Dickson.
