Grace Lorene Shelton

Mrs. Grace Lorene Shelton was born September 9, 1917 to Alexander T. and Maude (hendrix) Logan in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away November 19, 2011 at her daughter's residence in Hendersonville. Survivors include: sons Eugene Shelton (Marlene) of Charlotte and Danny C. Shelton (Ellen Jayne) of Stewart, TN; daughters Evelyn Hnott-Brayton (Donald) of Hendersonville and Barbara Ann Mitchell (Boyd) of Nashville; brother Alex Logan; eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Lurton William Shelton, three brothers and three sisters. Visitation will be Sunday, November 20th, from 4-8 pm and Monday, November 21st, from 10 am until time of service. Funeral services will be Monday, November 21st, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 1 pm with Bro. Brian Marcoulier officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Pointe Cemetery in Marion. Arrangement by Dickson Funeral Home.
