Thomas Ray Garton

Mr. Thomas Ray Garton, Sr. was born May 10, 1959 in Williamson County, Tennessee. He passed away November 2, 2011 at the Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. Survivors include: mother Ella Parker; wife Pamela Jane Garton; sons Thomas Ray Garton, Jr. (Sarah) of Antioch and Shawn Staey of Lyles; daughters April Michelle Walker (Anthony) of Smyrna, Destiny Ray Garton of Lyles, and Pamela Nicole Goswick of Lyles; sisters Wanda Faye Sullivan (Randy) of Nashville, Rhonda Lynn Winters (Tracy) of Dickson, and Angela Renea Kay (Phil) of Spring Hill; grandchildren Gavin, Garrett, and Kaylin Garton. He is preceded in death by his father Elmer Carl Garton, brother Walter Alan Garton, and sister Donna Kay Dobbs. Visitation will be Thursday, November 3rd, at the Fairview Chapel from 10 am until 8 pm and Friday, November 4th, from 10 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Friday, November 4th, from the Fairview Chapel beginning at 3 pm with Pastor Troy Dickens officiating. Burial will follow in the Jane Jones Cemetery.
