Betty Jean Duke

Mrs. Betty Jean (Bateman)Duke was born June 22, 1933 in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away October 13, 2011 at the NHC HealthCare Center of Murfreesboro at the age of 78. She is survived by two daughters, Laurie Eugenia Wetsell and her husband Lee of Ft. Worth, Texas and Pamela Rena Robinson of Christiana, TN; two brothers, James Wiley Lane and William Lane, both of Dickson; grandchildren Jessie Lee Robinson of Murfreesboro and David Coffey of Ft. Worth, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother, Leona E. (Bateman) Lane. After a well-fought battle with multiple health issues, Betty Jean went to be with the Lord. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, October 18th, beginning at 1 pm at the Union Cemetery of Dickson with Bro. Larry Duke officiating. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
