Jimmie Roe Tidwell

Mr. Jimmie Roe Tidwell was born October 23, 1939 to Leonard and Lula Mae (Garton) Tidwell in Williamson County, Tennessee. He passed away October 6, 2011 at his residence in Fairview at the age of 71. Survivors include two brothers, Leonard A. Tidwell, Jr. (Doris) of Altamont and Leroy Tidwell (Marcella) of Goodlettsville. There are several nieces and nephews and many family friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Royal Lester Tidwell, Andrew Johnson Tidwell, and Emory Joe Tidwell. Visitation will be from the Fairview Chapel on Saturday, October 8th, from 4-9 pm and Sunday, October 9th, from 2 pm until time of service. Funeral service will be Sunday, October 9th, from the Fairview Chapel beginning at 3 pm with Bro. Ed Fox officiating. Burial will follow in the Jane Jones Cemetery. Mr. Tidwell proudly served his country in the United States Army.
