Corky Gary Pewitt

Mr. Corky Gary Pewitt was born November 1, 1947 to George Burton and Lula (Stinson) Pewitt in Williamson County, Tennessee. He passed away August 16, 2011 at his residence in Fairview. He is survived by: two sisters Georgia Lee Pewitt and Betty Lou Martin; nieces Dian McCall and Juanita Martin; nephew Darrian Martin (Laurie); great nephews Zachary Carney, Patrick Carney, Triston Griffin, Jake McCloud, and Cody McCloud; and great great nieces Jaidyn and Aleiga Carney. Besides his parents, Mr. Pewitt is preceded in death by his brother Tim Burton Pewitt, niece Barbara Mangrum, and an infant sister Lillie Geneva Pewitt. Visitation and Funeral will be at the Fairview Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 17th, from 3-8 pm and Thursday, August 18th, from 9 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Thursday, August 18th, from the Fairview Chapel beginning at 11 am. Burial will follow in the Taylor Cemetery in Hickman County.
