Mildred Mason Scott

Mrs. Mildred Mason Scott was born November 16, 1931 to Mose and Addie (myatt) Cathey in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away August 8, 2011 at the Dickson HealthCare Center. She was 79 years of age. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mrs. Scott is preceded in death by her husband Henry Millare Scott, brothers Ray and Ted Cathey, and sisters Maudie Yates, Margaret Swaw, Bertie Sizemore, Madgalene Marsh, and Doye Lewis. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 9th, from 3-8 pm and Wednesday, August 10th, from 9 am until time of service. Funeral will be Wednesday, August 10th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 11 am with Rev. Terry Bear officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery of Dickson.
