Mable Agnes Cauthen

Mrs. Mable Agnes Cauthen was born April 1, 1928 to Willie Harvey Meek and Minnie (Sanker) Meek in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away June 2, 2011 at her residence in Dickson. She was 83. Survivors include: husband Donald E. Cauthen, Sr.; son Eddie Ray Burch (Stephanie), step-sons Donald E. Cauthen, Jr. and David Cauthen; daughter Judy Choate; brothers Edgar Meek and Johnny Meek (Lila); sister Louise Hay (Buzz); four grandchildren, three step grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Mrs. Cauthen is preceded in death by her first husband and father of their children Jack Burch, Jr. and an infant sister. Visitation will be Friday, June 3rd, from 4-8 pm and Saturday, June 4th, from 10 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 4th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 2 pm with Bro. Steve Baggett officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to the Dickson County Chapter of the American Cancer Society or the Walnut Street Church of Christ Youth Group.
