Evelyn Marie Lewis

Mrs. Evelyn Marie Lewis was born June 10, 1946 to Horace Jordan and Dorothy (Stringfield) Jordan in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away May 4, 2011 at Alive Hospice of St. Thomas Hospital. She was 64. Survivors include: husband Dennis Lewis; son Anson "Marty" Lewis (Sasha) of Nashville; brother David Jordan of White Bluff; sisters Brenda Hester (Dean) of White Bluff and Gaye Sullivan (Larry) of Paris; grandchild Abigail Lewis. Besides her parents, Mrs. Lewis is preceded in death by her brother, William Jordan. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or Alive Hospice.
