Maybelle Mathis

Mrs. Maybelle Mathis was born November 5, 1918 to Herman and Nellie Adams Edwards in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away January 16, 2011 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. Survivors include several nieces and nephews: Carl Edwards, Patsy Coller, Orell T. Edwards, Jr., Sharon K. Simpson, Debora Clark-Holt, Gary Wilson, Joyce E. Walton, and Edmond Wilson. Besides her parents, Mrs. Mathis is preceded in death by her husband Edward Mathis, sisters Frances Wilson and Mary Lois Hall, and brothers Edmond Edwards and Orell T. Edwards, and nephew Terry Edwards. Mrs. Mathis was buried in Dickson's Union Cemetery on Tuesday, January 18th.
