John David Fann, Sr.

Mr. John David Fann, Sr. was born July 27, 1947 to Paul A. Fann, Sr. and Sarah (Osborne) Fann in Hickman County, Tennessee. He passed away Janurary 9, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital. Survivors include: his wife, Marjorie Fann; three sons, David Fann of Columbia, Anthony Berard and his wife Jamye of Southfield, MI, and Jeffrey Gibson and his wife Rebecca of Antioch;three daughters, Michelle Richard and her husband Jamey of Fairview, Marie Baker and her her husband William of Spring Hill, and Lisa Allen of Dallas, Texas; three brothers, Charles Fann of Lyles, Donald Fann of Fairview, and Richard Fann of Nashville; three sisters, Peggy REams of Pasquo, Becky Baker of Illinois, and Linda Balance of Kentucky; eight grandchildren, John Wyatt, Ava, Milies, Josie, Seth, Isabella, Jessica, and Shane. Besides his parents, Mr. Fann is preceded in death by his brothers William, Paul, and Raymond Fann. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 11th, from 3-8 pm, Wednesday, January 12th, from 2-8 pm, and Thursday, January 13th, from 9 am until time of service at the Fairview Chapel. Funeral will be Thursday, January 13th, from the Fairview Chapel beginning at 11 am with Dr. Bill Sherman officiating. Burial will follow in the Hudgens Cemetery in Fairview. Mr. Fann served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict.
