Mildred Dawson

Mrs. Mildred Dawson was born June 22, 1916 to Flack and Virgie (Houston) Deason in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away October 28, 2010 at the NHC HealthCare Center in Dickson. She is survived by her sister, Imogene Ingham of Vanleer, nephews John, Tom, and Tim; niece Susan; and several great nephews. Besides her parents, Mrs. Dawson is preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Dawson and sisters Sibyl Deason, Hazel Deason, and Monteen Deason Jacobs. Visitation will be Friday, October 29th, beginning at 1 pm and continue until time of service at 3 om. Bro. Robert Cullom will officiate the service from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Vanleer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vanleer Church of Christ or the Vanleer Cemetery or the charity of your choice.
