James Elbert Wright

Mr. James Elbert Wright was born November 25, 1946 to James Joseph and Mattie Pearl Wright in Hickman County, Tennessee. He passed away October 6, 2010 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He is survived by: son, Kevin Lee Wright (Margaret) of Cumberland Furnace; daughter, Stephanie Rice (Jerry) of Vanleer; brother, Larry Wright (Lynn) of Tennessee City; sisters, Helen Charles of Owensboro, Kentucky and Fay Carver of Dickson. There are nine grandchildren. Besides his parents, Mr. Wright is preceded in death by his son, Kerry Omar Wright. Visitation at the Dickson Funeral Home will be Friday, October 8th, from 4-8 pm, Saturday, October 9th, from 1-6 pm, and Sunday, October 10th, from 12 Noon until time of service. Funeral services will be Sunday, October 10th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 2 pm with Bro. Jerry Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Cumberland Furnace Cemetery.
