Mrs. Betty Ann Roberts Johnson Sharp was born June 22, 1954 in Davidson County, Tennessee. She passed away October 5, 2010 at Alive Hospice of St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. She is survived by: mother, Brownie Roberts of Ashland City; three daughters, Teresa Christy (Mike) of Ashland City, Tracie McCord (Marc) of White Bluff, and Rachel Gipson (William) of Ashland City; brother Tommy Roberts (Peggy) of Ashland City; grandchildren, Brittany Reynolds, Courtney Christy, Haley Gipson, and Kensley Gipson; two great grandchildren, Adam and Landon Sawyers. Mrs. Sharp is preceded in death by her father, Doyle Ray Roberts, and husbands William E. Johnson and Lewis Sharp. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, October 7th, at the Crossroads Church of God of Prophecy from 12 Noon until 8 pm and Friday, October 8th, from 9 am until time of service. Funeral services will be from the Crossroads Church of God of Prophecy on Friday, October 8th, beginning at 3 pm with Pastor Gary A. Riley and Pastor Steve Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Nosegay Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Dickson Funeral Home.
