James Nick Loggins

Mr. James Nick "Butch" Loggins was born August 7, 1957 to Robert and Joyce (Fussell) Loggins in Dickson County, Tennessee. God called his faithful son home on August 27, 2010 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends. Besides his parents, survivors include: his wife, Kris Loggins of Burns; daughters Danielle, Rachel, and Lauren Loggins, all of Burns; sisters Melinda Orgain of Dickson, Sheila Underhill (Eddie) of Bon Aqua; Beth Sherill (Lin)of Goodlettsville; and granddaughter Alexzandra Loggins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Nick and Lizzie Loggins and Arnold and Rosie Fussell. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, August 29th, at the First Baptist Church in Dickson. It will continue on Monday, August 30th, until his funeral at 11 am with Dr. Jim Chatham officiating. Burial will follow in the Dickson Union Cemetery.
