Carroll Viston Johnson

Mr. Carroll Viston Johnson was born October 12, 1930 to Joe and Mary Lina (Baker) Johnson in Dickson County, Tennessee. He passed away June 11, 2010 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Nashville. He was 79. He served as a MP in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and later in the National Guard. He was a loving father, grandfather, and best friend. Anyone who knew him came away a better person. Survivors include two sons, Harry Johnson and his wife Vicki and Stephen Johnson and his wife Peggy; two daughters, Carolyn Hartman and Cindy Cay Hyland and her husband Jim; four grandchildren, Matthew,Adam, Shelby, and Nicole. Besides his parents, Mr. Johnson is preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn.
